Remnus: Collaborative Workspace for AI Agents
Remnus is an open-source collaborative workspace designed for seamless interaction between humans and AI agents. Built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP), it features kanban boards, databases, and markdown pages that AI agents, including Claude and Cursor, can access and modify. The platform supports OAuth 2.1 authentication for easy integration with various editors and includes a comprehensive set of tools for managing workspaces and AI interactions. Remnus stands out with its focus on headless workflows, making it suitable for CI/CD environments from the outset.
The application offers robust features such as customizable databases with multiple views, portable knowledge contracts through Open Knowledge Format (OKF), and a variety of tools for context preparation and workspace management. Users can host Remnus locally or deploy it using Docker, with support for multiple languages. Its architecture supports both desktop and mobile applications, ensuring flexibility in usage across different platforms.
